Return to the Light Side
ROFL. Yeah, it'll be a long time before that happens! LOL Went to the gym last night, for the first time in a shamefully long time. I was going 6 days a week and working out about 2 hours a day, but I dropped back because of one little injury after another. My knee is still weak, but I think I will be fine with it, once I get back to the sled. I swam for 2/3 mile, when I was so sure I was going to swim a mile. I aqua jogged for 1/3 mile, having to switch back and forth because of the cramps in my legs. After we left, I could feel all the muscles worked along my back, butt, arms and thighs. I'd forgotten how good that feels! :) Guess I'll spend this week in the pool and work my way back to the gym floor next week. I am not looking forward to this, because I always catch colds from the equipment. Gonna have to build up my resistance factor.
